Before anything else, I would like to have a brief introduction of myself. I am Ranielyn Manuel. But you can call me Ran for short. I'm currently taking Bachelor of Science in Accountancy at Asia Pacific College and I'm on my third year now. Honestly, I'm not good in writing essays or stuff and this is actually my first time to have a blog.

My blog is entitled 'Emerging Issues on Family Life'. This blog aims to inform readers about what are the key roles that each members of the family must play in order to have a healthy family life; to make them understand the common family issues that can arise; and to provide them answers to these issues.

I chose this topic because I am bothered by the weakening of the stability and strength of most of today's families. I want to conduct this research in order for me to know the roots behind certain issues that make a family fragile and hopefully I can find ways to solve them.

I intend to use this blog as my online source of information that will be very useful in making my research paper, a final requirement in RESWRIT (Research Writing), at the end of the second trimester. Moreover, as an amateur, I intend to use this blog to further develop my ability to write. Through this blog, I am able to express my thoughts and opinions in a more convenient and a more professional manner. Since it is published online, many people would be able to see and read my posts. Some people may tend to leave their comments and suggestions on the comment box where I can get tips on how to do this and how should I've done that and thus, helping me to enhance my writing skills.
